Senior Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through their journey with Snyk, helping them integrate security into their developer workflows and achieve long-term success. You will join the Customer Solutions team and work on building strong technical foundations for customers.

What You Will Do

Deliver value to customers by owning project delivery, communicating with stakeholders, conducting project kick-offs and meetings, and facilitating customer outcomes. You will also manage and optimize Snyk Onboarding practices and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate customer onboarding.

This role requires 5+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing experience, SaaS software implementation, and a demonstrated consultative and technical aptitude. You should have excellent communication skills, a disciplined approach to problem-solving, and a working knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

• 5+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing experience, SaaS software implementation
• Demonstrated consultative and technical aptitude for bringing people, technology, and processes together
• Excellent communication skills, organized and disciplined approach to problem-solving, relationship-building, and project management
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues
• Interest in application security, and an understanding of the importance of a developer-first approach
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies
