Network Operations Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Network Operations Lead who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Network Operations Team to ensure the stable and secure operation of client's enterprise network infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage the Network Operations Team to ensure optimal performance and reliability of client's network infrastructure, provide technical guidance for monitoring and maintaining enterprise network systems, and oversee network security, server infrastructure, and telecommunications systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications
• Minimum of 10+ years of senior-level networking experience administering enterprise infrastructures in large, complex environments
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Must possess strong organizational abilities
