As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Requirements

• Greet members as they settle down at their table and introduce them to menus.
• Take members' orders and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation.
• Provide excellent service from initial greeting to paying of the bill.
• Check with members if they have any allergy or dietary requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of the food and drink menu to make recommendations.
• Engage with members, check if they are satisfied with their visit, and accommodate special requests where possible.
• Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.
• Resolve or escalate member complaints with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Act in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction, and wellbeing of employees and members.
• Assure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.
