
Job description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of customers, supplying them with our trusted range of professional cleaning chemicals and cleaning machinery. The role involves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.
Proactive customer outreach, relationship building, account planning, solution selling, team collaboration, campaign execution, customer care, complaint resolution, price updates, and occasional site visits.
You'll be the voice of our business, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at both site and head-office level. You'll need to be a people-person who loves turning conversations into long-term partnerships.
