Requirements
- Support overall initiatives and customer relationship management processes
- Implement efficient customer set-ups and fulfillment processes
- Suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and service
- Serve as point of contact for billing and order related queries
- Prepare and review proposals, quotes and contracts
- Manage Sales Pipeline through Salesforce CRM system
- Analyze Sales Performance by preparing weekly reports
- Experience in order processing, accounts control or similar
- Familiarity with Sales/Order Coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
