Role Overview

Join a fast-growing AI company as a Patent Litigator to lead and build out patent litigation capability. Conduct infringement and validity analysis, advise on litigation risk, and develop strategic recommendations. Work with engineering and AI teams to shape litigation workflows.

What You Will Do

Conduct infringement and validity analysis, advise on litigation risk, develop strategic recommendations, work with engineering and AI teams, support patent prosecution-to-litigation handoffs, contribute to product development, manage relationships with outside counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an associate or senior associate in patent litigation
• Technical background — ideally a patent attorney who moved into patent litigation
• Experience at elite patent litigation firms (e.g. Quinn Emanuel, Kirkland & Ellis, or equivalent calibre)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to break down complex technical and legal issues
