Customer Service Manager

As Customer Service Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients such as the Ministry of Justice and Security and the Police Netherlands. You will combine analytical work with customer contact on a tactical level in an organization where collegiality is truly central.

Requirements

• Multiple years of work experience in service management or a comparable role within the ICT sector
• Analytical and good eye for trends in data and reports
• Clear communication in Dutch; English is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow or similar tooling
• Independent, takes initiative and easily switches with colleagues
• Honest and professional, even in difficult conversations
• HBO work and thinking level

Benefits

• Salary between €3,600 and €5,600 gross per month
