Sonder Responder - ACT

Sonder's mobile platform provides 24/7 support from safety, medical, and mental health professionals, offering both digital and on-the-ground assistance. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and is seeking Sonder Responders to join their network in Canberra, providing in-person support to members in need on a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster.

Requirements

• Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work
• Strong network of contacts in the local area
• High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
• Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
• Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
• Must be able to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check
