The Lead Wire Cutting Associate oversees the shift operations related to wire cutting, measurement accuracy, quality control, and inventory flow within the Distribution Center.
Requirements
- Experience with automated wire cutting machines (e.g., Reel Power, Graham International or equivalent)
- Familiarity with electrical wire types, gauges, and reel management
- Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) and barcode scanning technology
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Data-driven and safety-oriented
