Job Description
Lumen is a leading electrical distributor seeking an Evening Operations Supervisor to plan and coordinate evening operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping, as well as assigning and coordinating the work of team members in the Cable Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in team management, a degree in operations management and logistics, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations management and logistics or other relevant specialization
- 3-5 years of experience in team management
- Experience in a warehouse and/or distribution center
- Excellent ability to build a motivated and engaged team
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Good mastery of MS Office Suite
