Source is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help lead our growing technology team. In this role, you'll set a high bar for engineering excellence, shaping the performance and growth of a small but expanding team. Your first major project will be related to payments and money movement.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and product innovation. Your contributions will include leading product and engineering teams through the technical design and development of new features, collaborating with management and business operations, and safeguarding the reliability, scalability, and security of our data systems.
We're looking for someone who thrives in autonomy and takes full ownership of their work. You should be a self-starter, passionate about continual improvement, and capable of identifying impactful opportunities across engineering systems, processes, and people.
