Job description
Join the Technology & Digital Coordination team within HR & Corporate Services (HR&CS) business to drive cutting-edge generative AI initiatives and shape the future of technology in Corporate Services sector.
Define and implement the HR&CS AI roadmap, work across organizations to develop and implement generative AI solutions, advise and support stakeholders, design and develop solutions using generative AI, and fine-tune generative AI models.
Must have 10+ years of work experience in Digital Technology, 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and deploying AI models, and highly qualified in programming AI related languages like Python and other AI frameworks.
