
Job description
This individual will be responsible for coordinating field technicians by performing various duties, including maintaining client relationships, reviewing service calls, and documenting service activity.
Coordinate field technicians, review service calls, prepare technicians for service calls, document service activity, provide communication to customers and technicians, and manage job queue.
Must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle high stress/high volume workload.
