The IT Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. This role involves resolving common hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Provide basic technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve common IT issues related to network connectivity, and maintain logs of support requests.
