
Job description
The Software Support Specialist maintains strong client relationships through prompt and effective product and service support, utilizing knowledge bases and proprietary troubleshooting techniques.
Provide technical support to clients via various channels, diagnose and escalate critical issues, and participate in the Learning Lab.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
