Job Description
The South Bend Clinic is looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join their Rheumatology team in South Bend, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent patient interaction skills, and a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- National certification in the applicable specialty (ANCC)
- Current state licensure as PA or Advanced Practice Nurse and RN
- Maintains current CPR (BLS) certification
- Active Mid-level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and DEA License may be required based on prescriptive authority
