Director of Construction

The director of construction is instrumental in creating and implementing order and direction for our construction activities. They help establish long-range strategic direction, and then put in place the systems, people, and policies to meet them.

Requirements

• At least seven years of work experience in construction, real estate development, or planning in a professional setting; residential preferred
• At least three years of work experience in construction project management in a professional setting
• At least three years of management/supervisory experience in a professional setting
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (construction, real estate, urban planning, architecture, engineering, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Ability to pass a background and reference check
