Requirements
- Serve as the face of the hospital and its primary advocate in the community, representing our mission and values to external partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and nurture relationships with primary care physicians, EAPs, managed care segments, and primary accounts through regular personal visits, phone calls, and other communication methods.
- Monitor referrals and admissions, devising strategic plans to maximize referral potential and continuously drive growth.
