Housekeeping / Laundry

The Housekeeping/Laundry position is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable environment. This includes cleaning resident areas, restrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces. Teamwork is expected, and tasks are subject to change, as outlined in the job description.

Requirements

• Clean residence rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, common rooms and other work areas.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean Ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Observe and report safety standards.
• Sort, wash, and deliver laundry.
• Maintain storage areas and carts.
