Requirements

• 1+ years of HVAC Lead Install experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Holds valid EPA certification for compliance with environmental regulations
• Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to drive and work in various environments
