Service Technician

The Service Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing nail guns and staple guns for customers, providing effective equipment operation and daily maintenance training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, small engine repairs, pneumatic or electric power tool repair
• Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry
• Strong mechanical skills/abilities
• Customer service oriented
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis
• High school diploma or equivalent
