Family Support Specialist/Family Assessment Worker Specialist- FSS/FAW

Southwest Human Development is seeking a Family Support Specialist/Family Assessment Worker Specialist to provide home visiting services to children and their families in Maricopa County. The role involves conducting Family Assessment Worker assessments, engaging families in the hospital, and making home visits to promote a child's health and development.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• High School Diploma or equivalent + 3 years of experience in social services
• Associate's degree or higher in human services or a related area
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
• Valid US state driver's license
• Reliable and registered vehicle with valid auto insurance
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
