
Job description
The Controller is responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, and commission-based revenue management. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data and supports executive decision-making. The Controller serves as a strategic partner to leadership while providing hands-on oversight of accounting operations in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment.
The Controller will oversee financial strategy, commission revenue, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and team leadership. This includes developing and executing financial strategies, managing commission accounting, preparing financial statements, analyzing revenue performance, and leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and reporting. They will have advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
