As an Account Executive at Spacewell, you will drive new customer acquisition across the by owning the full sales cycle for our smart building and workplace solutions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, ideally in PropTech, smart building, or workplace solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling skills; able to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
- Experience developing and executing business, account, and closing plans.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative, coachable, results-driven, with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (MEDD(P)ICC, SPIN, Winning by Design) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in adopting AI sales tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
