
Job description
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements, business process and operational scenarios. Design Business Processes by analyzing stakeholder requirements, construct business process models, workflow charts and diagrams, evaluate system capabilities, and write specifications/user stories.
Translate Business Needs into Solutions, Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement, Support requirements decomposition into user stories in an Agile Development lifecycle, Configure Systems for Prototyping, Analyze & Improve Workflows, and Develop process/control changes.
Must have Salesforce experience, Salesforce Certified Associate AND Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certifications, and 3+ year’s experience as a Business Analyst. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
