Job Description
As a Medical Assistant with Corewell Health, you'll be a member of our clinical support team and work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of the best possible care. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a hands-on competency-based medical assistant training program
- 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting (preferred)
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 90 Days
- One of the following certifications within 120 Days: AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
