
Job description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, supporting company initiatives, and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative functions.
Provide direct administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, manage executive calendars, prepare and organize materials for meetings, and maintain confidential files and records.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, high level of discretion, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
