Job Description
Spektrum is looking for a Targeting Subject Matter Expert to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves producing targeting-related products, coordinating with the training audience, and providing expert advice to the JWC.
Requirements
- National and/or NATO trained targeteer
- 3 years of operational targeting experience
- Good knowledge of operational and tactical-level staff processes and campaign synchronization
- Good knowledge of JTS, FAST, JCHAT, NATO CDE methodology and targeting doctrine
