Job description
The IT Operations team at S&P Dow Jones Indices owns and maintains the production IT systems that underpin S&P DJI's index platforms and applications, ensuring their high availability. The team prioritizes service excellence, collaborative problem-solving, and continuous improvement while working with global stakeholders across business operations, infrastructure, and development teams to support the robustness of S&P DJI's critical index platforms.
Provide daily Level-2 production support for Index Data Platforms, monitor and validate daily data load jobs, support historical data migration activities, respond to critical production incidents, and partner with business operations teams to deliver technical and data support.
We're looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Level-2 application and data production support, proficiency with database technologies, experience with enterprise application technologies, and strong experience with cloud platforms.
