Join the Talent Acquisition team at Kensho, S&P Global's hub for AI innovation and transformation, as a Senior Technology Recruiter. You'll partner with business leaders to source and hire top talent for AI, software, and emerging technology roles. This is a regional role supporting the Singapore market, with responsibility for driving hiring outcomes, improving quality of hire, reducing time to fill, and continuously refining recruiting strategies.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment for technology and AI-related roles, develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, and provide interview guidance and market insights to ensure strong hiring outcomes.
This role requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML and software engineering, and experience recruiting within technology-driven organizations. You'll need to be comfortable managing complex and hard-to-fill technical positions and have a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset.
