The Software Development Lead with Java will design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code standards.
This role requires 8+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java programming language. Strong experience with database technologies, cloud platforms, and version control systems is also required.
