Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our consultancy organization. As a Scrum Master coach, you will advise and motivate teams, help them work Agile, and coach employees to improve and do their job well. You will also work with Product Owners and Team Managers to manage the backlog and stakeholders, and help with Agile change.
Requirements
- HBO or WO diploma
- At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master within (corporate) organizations
- Additional training on the subject of Scrum or Agile frameworks, project management, or process optimization
