Senior Consultant/ Senior Change Manager sought to contribute to the rapid growth of a renowned consultancy organization in the Netherlands. The role involves advising C-level clients to the next level, shaping and leading programs and change trajectories for corporate clients, and leading, advising, and supporting stakeholders to create a sense of ownership for change to succeed.
Requirements
- HBO or WO degree
- Minimum 5 years of (senior) experience with change management, reorganization projects, or Agile transitions within (corporate) organizations
- Preferably consultancy or internal advisory experience or in a senior-, management-, or end-responsible position
- Preferably experience at the director level/C-level
- Additional training in the field of project management, process optimization, or Agile is a plus (Prince II, Lean Six Sigma, PSM, etc.)
