Maintenance Coordinator

Role Overview

Glendale Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations, schedule repairs, and ensure managed properties are well-maintained.

What You Will Do

Receiving maintenance requests, troubleshooting, dispatching vendors, coordinating/scheduling repair work, communicating with residents, and following up on work orders.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Experience in property management or real estate industry
• Knowledge about major components of apartment buildings
• Computer literacy, including use of Windows, MS Office
• Cloud-based property management software experience (Appfolio, Yardi)
• Own vehicle in good condition and ability to travel to properties regularly
