MIG Steel Welder - Maintenance Team

Sportsman Boats is seeking a MIG Steel Welder for its Maintenance Team to build and fabricate fixtures for boat molds, identifying structural problems, reading blueprints, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in MIG steel welding
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to use small tools, operating air/hand tools, saws, drills and grinders
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment
