BASIS Independent Schools is seeking a Primary Teaching Fellow to assist lead teachers and create a joyful learning environment. The Teaching Fellow will assist with classroom management, student support, and events, while learning the BASIS Independent Schools model and preparing for a successful transition into a Lead Teacher role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (early education preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise excellent judgment and decision making
- Ability to work with diverse constituents while maintaining high professional standards
- Exemplary organizational skills; ability to establish and manage multiple priorities; ability to work under pressure
