FRONT DESK AGENT

Front Desk Agent position at Hilton Saint Louis Frontenac, Saint Louis, MO, responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and settling guest's account. The role involves working a regular front desk shift, but may be asked to work other shifts due to work needs. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of front desk experience, advanced knowledge of computer software, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• 1+ Previous Front Desk experience of employment in a related position with this company or other companies in hotels or administration related work.
• Advanced knowledge of computer software (including Microsoft Office, outlook) and web analytics tools is preferred.
• Must be hospitality oriented and possess the ability to work under pressure.
