Role Overview

Join our Enterprise Architecture team as an Enterprise Architect to provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and architectural expertise to ensure our enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and practices align with our overall business strategy. You will work across both business and technology domains, ensuring that architecture practices and decisions drive business transformation, enable scalability, and align with industry best practices.

What You Will Do

Define and implement architecture frameworks, develop architectural principles, and lead cultural change within the organisation. Work closely with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build the foundations for a robust and future-proof architecture.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and metamodels
• Experience in working in organisations with a low architecture mandate and a consensus-driven decision-making culture
• Practical experience in defining and implementing architecture blueprints and roadmaps
• Experience with industry-recognised architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken command of the English language
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
