Dietary Aide

Dietary Aide position at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community, supporting employees and serving residents with dignity and excellence.

Requirements

• Able to load carts and transport items from the main kitchen to satellite kitchens, be able to lift / carry 35 lbs
• Responsible for reading and understanding production sheets and menus
• Able to identify and serve multiple textured foods and diets with accuracy
• Uphold food safety and all sanitation practices
• Be able to set up, serve, and clean up kitchen and dining room, independently
• Provide excellent customer service
