Requirements
- Assess residents and clinic patients and provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, residents, and families.
- Support clinic operations, preparing residents for provider visit, care coordination, and supply management.
- Respond to resident health concerns and determine when EMS intervention is needed.
- Maintain clinical tracking tools and medication-related programs.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and service-oriented environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic services.
