Sprinklr is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative, outcome-driven professional with deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles as a trusted advisor to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products and integrations with customer systems. Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customer care and CX.
Experienced Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineer with experience in a role at a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients. A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
