Join SPS Commerce as the Manager of Customer Development for the Revenue Recovery team, leading a high-performing group of Customer Development Specialists. This is a leadership role where you can shape the future of lead generation and make a visible impact on growth.
Support and execute outbound and inbound development strategies, monitor activity levels and conversion rates, lead and mentor a team of Customer Development Specialists, oversee lead follow-up and qualification processes, and refine outreach cadences and messaging.
