Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading and unloading trucks while meeting safety and quality standards. Attends safety meetings, stages tubing, and follows company safety policies. Receives material, loads trailers, and performs daily inspections. Operates SAP-supported hand-held scanners and reports equipment problems to the Supervisor. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and provides support to the Fabrication team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of demonstrated experience using a forklift or heavy equipment
• Ability to effectively read and use a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of SPS policies and procedures (preferred)
