Job description
We are seeking a Senior Grid Connection Engineer to help ensure our projects achieve technically robust, commercially sound and future-ready connections to the National Electricity Market (NEM). This role sits at the heart of the clean energy transition, working across feasibility, design, connection approval, testing and commissioning for utility-scale renewable and storage projects.
As the Senior Grid Connection Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert across the full project lifecycle and provide leadership in grid connection strategy and approvals, engineering and technical delivery, operational and compliance support, and stakeholder engagement.
You will lead the development of grid connection strategies, manage and review PSSE/PSCAD models, and oversee consultant grid studies. You will also provide design inputs for substation layouts, electrical reticulation, collector systems, and BoP interface requirements.
