As a Support Analyst - Integration & Deployment Management, you will play a crucial role in the analysis, planning, and coordination of upgrades, rollouts, and decommission across firm’s trading, research, and UX’s front-to-back workflows. You will collaborate closely with technology teams and quantitative researchers to gain a deep understanding of technology architecture, business operations, and develop project management and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related subject
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of software/hardware/network concepts, software development life cycle and processes around them.
- Proficient in Linux OS
- Proficiency with Bash and any scripting language such as Python or Perl
- Experience in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
- Experience with the Atlassian stack (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence)
- Working knowledge of one or more financial products such as Cash Equities, Bonds, Listed Derivatives like Futures, Currencies, Commodities, FX.
