Job description
Join the Thermo Fisher NanoPort team as a Field Application Scientist in Transmission Electron Microscope. Provide scientific training, demonstration, guidance, application support/troubleshooting and Technical sales/marketing support. This is a field-based role, involving extensive travel across Southeast Asia.
Deliver on-site and remote scientific application support & training support to customers on leading TEM products. Perform product demonstrations, diagnose and resolve product performance problems, and work with sales representatives on sales calls.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in EM, materials science, and customer-facing experience. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in materials science or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in EM related to materials science.
