The Customer Service team at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Shared Service Center in Budapest supports clients throughout the lifecycle, including administration, order management, quotations, and master data. The team provides exceptional customer support and works with internal stakeholders to fulfill customer requests.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, process and follow up on requests, and work with partner functions to resolve issues. You will also become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
