Facilities Engineer and CAPEX Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Facilities Specialist III, you'll lead complex HVAC and infrastructure CAPEX projects in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment, working with cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones.

Leading complex HVAC and infrastructure CAPEX projects, engaging with site cross-functional leaders, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring facilities projects meet EHS standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or technical operations in an FDA-regulated environment
• Professional certifications in facilities or engineering are a plus
• Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
• Proven project management capabilities for complex infrastructure projects
• Experience with capital planning and budget management
