What You Will Do

Hands-on management of a team of highly skilled software developers, testers, and domain experts. Provide leadership, mentoring, resource planning, and drive the successful growth of the team. Participate in and lead the design and development of new software and/or extensive software revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Engineering/Computer Science or master's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of overall experience or played a technical leadership role recently
• Proven track record in developing and building scalable, cost-efficient applications with Java based web applications
• 3 + years of experience in building customer centric distributed software
• 2+ years of experience leading a development team in an Agile/SCRUM setting
• 2+ years of experience in people management
• Data modelling, design and database programming using a variety of relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, SQL)
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
