Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Success Manager to help drive delivery across multiple teams and ensure work moves forward smoothly and predictably. This role is about coordination and continuous improvement. You will make sure priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and delivery gets better over time.

What You Will Do

Own Delivery Execution – Turn leadership priorities into clear, achievable plans and help teams stay focused on what matters most. Plan & Track Work – Maintain visibility into work in progress, timelines, and dependencies so teams and stakeholders always know where things stand.

5+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management. Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing work across multiple teams. Proven ability to break down complex problems and turn them into practical improvements.
